Opt-Out Instructions (BOLD): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from ReviewCareHQ.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially (such as by completing an online form and checking the SMS consent box), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
